Join us at #nbmconference2020

We are thrilled to announce the 5th edition of the international conference on sustainable, inclusive and circular business modelling which will take place in Nijmegen (The Netherlands) on July 1 & 2 2020.
At the lustrum edition of our inter- and trans-disciplinary research conference we welcome submissions and attendance from academics, young academics and professionals.

Three keynotes and over 25 tracks address aspects of organising sustainable, inclusive, and circular Business Models.

We will have three Special Issues at #nbmconference2020, two with the journal ‘Sustainability’ and one with the ‘International Journal of Innovation Management’. A workshop on these Special Issues is led by Professor Rick Edgeman (Fort Hays State University, Hays, US) and Professor Florian Lüdecke-Freund (ESCP Europe, Berlin, Germany). This workshop is meant to inform you about these Special Issues and will help you to develop your research to comply with the various criteria.

Due to sponsoring by two Dutch national research agencies (NWO and TNO), the participation fee is an all-time low. So don’t hesitate and submit your work. For more information, go to We are happy to welcome you in Nijmegen.

Of course, there will also be plenty of time to get acquainted with likewise and different minds, to meet and make friends, and to enjoy your stay in Nijmegen.

You can find us on social media by hashtag #nbmconference2020. Due to funding by the two leading Dutch National Research Organisations NWO and TNO, the conference fee is an all-time low. Please subscribe early; we only have three hundred seats and about 150 of those are already spoken for.

As a reminder, the submission deadline of March 22, 2020 for extended abstracts and other contributions is approaching fast.

Take a look at our website where you will find the call for contributions, our preliminary program, and details about the venue.
